It's a scandal-heavy week. So strap in and . . . squirm. The infamously defrocked California pageant princess Carrie Prejean and Miss USA pageant organizer K2Productions have reached a settlement in their dueling lawsuits.
A triumph for the spirit of reconciliation and love? Not exactly, says TMZ. The celeb news outlet contends that Carrie, who claimed she was stripped of her Miss California title in June due to religious discrimination, dropped her suit seconds after K2 lawyers showed her a hard-core vid in which she performed solo sex acts.
TMZ says that, under the terms of the settlement, Carrie will be paid . . . $0, while her lawyers and publicist will get $100,000. K2 dropped its lawsuit, which accused Carrie of failing to repay $5,200 for her breast-augmentation surgery.
Miss California USA has said it dethroned Carrie for failing to attend contractually obligated appearances and making paid appearances without the org's approval. Miss England Arrested for Allegedly Punching Fellow Beauty Queen
That Miss England really is a total knockout. Unfortunately, we're not talking about Rachel Christie's beautiful dark eyes or sparkling smile. We're referring to her mean right hook.
In a true "tantrums and tiaras" moment, the 21-year-old beauty queen has been arrested after allegedly punching 24-year-old Miss Manchester, Beverley Jones in a spat over a man -- who just happens to be a Gladiator (as in, the UK version of "American Gladiators") named Tornado, Sky News reports.
Sigh. You just can't make this stuff up. According to Sky, the two beauty queens got into it at a nightclub in Manchester, England after Christie turned up with TV star Tornado -- also known as David McIntosh. Sources say that Tornado used to date Jones, hence the catfight.

Should Miss England Gain Weight?

Miss Plastic' Pageant Favorite Bounces Back from Implant-Inflicted Injury and Comes in Third. Boob Job Well Done!
Oh, you really just can't make up this stuff. Like for instance, the
Miss Plastic
beauty contest, a Hungarian pageant open only to women who have had breast implants and facelifts. Wait, it gets better.
A contestant at said pageant, 23-year-old Alexandra Horvath, had her dreams of becoming Miss Plastic momentarily squashed (or, in this case, should we say
squished?) when her oversized breast implants caused her to lose her balance, teeter on her heels and tear her ligament, as reported by London's Metro paper.
But, in a surprising twist, Horvath, who had been deemed unable to compete due
to her injury, recovered in time to become second runner-up, taking home diamond jewelry worth about $10,000, The Huffington Post reports. Talk about a Cinderella story.

Miss England shocked when told Miss World pageant prefers ‘curvy’ too thin
Most women would do just about anything to have a body
like the one inhabited by Miss England Georgia Horsley, and Horsley herself is quite happy with it. So it came as somewhat of a
surprise to Horsley when she was advised that if she wanted a real shot of winning the Miss World title, she had better pack on a few pounds. “I was a little bit shocked,”
the 20-year-old size 4 told TODAY co-host Meredith Vieira during an interview Friday. “Personally I don’t think I’m too fat. I don’t think I’m too thin. I’m
happy with the way I am.” --today.msnbc.msn.com
