How should politicians of either party charged with ethics violations be handled?


• President Obama has named over 30 policy “czars” to his White House team -- high-level staff members who will help oversee the administration's top initiatives. The President also wants to create the position of “cyber” czar, and possibly health insurance and copyright czars. Some lawmakers charge that he may be subverting the authority of Congress and concentrating too much power in the Presidency because the czars report directly to the President, rather than serving in his Cabinet where they must be publically “vetted”. What is your opinion of this development?
